Pretty Girlz Rock, Inc. first began in 2009 out of a sincere desire to help young girls, ages 10-18, realize they are powerful and beautiful beings. Despite whatever issues, hardships, or abusive background they may have come from- someone cares and wants to see them succeed.

We seek to enrich and educate our program members by partnering with the community, local churches, and fellow mentors. We strive to empower our girls to build self-esteem, self-awareness, and overall connect with other young girls their age who can empathize with their struggles.

Our vision is to provide support, mentorship, leadership, and positive community-related intervention for young girls. Typically targeted at those affected by the pressures of being a teenager, environmental differences, abuse, or other hardships that challenge their advancement

The Mayme Nixon Scholarship is given to a young girl that is surviving or has survived any form of cancer
The Mary Tatum Community Service Scholarship is based on community service and academic excellence.
